Details about India's beautiful clothing & ethnic wear

Besides being totally amused with Indian culture, I've fallen head over heels for the beauty of colors, design, cloth material and detail of their women's clothing. The sari, a strip of unstitched cloth, is worn in a form of drapes over the body in various styles and is completely stunning! The Mekhela Sador, is the traditional dress worn by women of all ages and consists of three main pieces that are draped over the body. The salwar kameez, has become the most popular dress worn by Indian females. It consists of loose trousers, narrow at the ankles, topped by a tunic top and a dupatta (veil) to cover their head and shoulders, and totally rocks! This dress in particular, is the one featured in most of the images on this post. Besides sharing these images of an amazing, intimate event, It's no secret that it also features a beautiful, future bride and groom.
